Description:
lrb123 triple mutant expressing PIF3:GFP driven by the CaMV 35S promoter. The wild-type PIF3 sequence was cloned into the pENTR/D-TOPO entry vector and then transferred into the Gateway binary vector B7FWG for GFP fusion at the C terminus. lrb123 triple mutant plants (CS71659) were transformed by the floral dip method. Basta resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
