Description:
The YFP membrane reporter was transformed into the pPIN1:PIN1-GFP line (Col-0) then taken through several generations. The resulting line was crossed into pCLV3::dsRed-N7 reporter (Col-0) then selected at every generation for strong expression of YFP, GFP, and RFP in the meristem to the F3 generation.
