Transgenic line; contains an additional copy of the chalcone synthase (CHS) gene causing homology dependent gene silencing of the TT4 gene; homozygous for a single silencing insert; stronger gene silencing effect than A or B (see stock numbers CS1693 and CS1694); transformed Ler backcrossed to Ler and Columbia (latter containing the clv1-2 mutation).
