NIL population received from the Oakley lab, Perdue University
A set of near isogenic lines donated by Christopher Oakley is now available. These lines are derived from a recombinant inbred population generated by crossing an ecotype collected from Rodasen, Sweden (CS98762) and an ecotype collected from Castelnuovo di Porto, Italy (CS98761) and are described in the preprint https://doi.org/10.64898/2025.12.03.692110. The stocks can be ordered as individual lines or as the set.
