Description:
Transgenic line overexpressing CTG10 (GenBank accession DQ666277). The full-length CTG10 gene was cloned into a modified pRTL2 vector (dual CaMV 35S promoters, Tobacco etch virus translational enhancer, NotI sites introduced 5 and 3 to the cassette) and then transferred into the NotI sites of pMLBART. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Basta resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.

Enhanced light-mediated degradation of PIF1 protein. Hyposensitive to the gibberellin biosynthetic inhibitor paclobutrazol.
