Description:
zc3hc1-1 mutant isolated from a population of EMS-mutagenized coilin mutant (hgf1-8) seedlings homozygous for the Target transgene (CS69639). The zc3hc1-1 mutation (G to A transition, Chr 1:18107754) results in a 3ÔÇÖ splice site mutation at the 2nd intron. Homozygous for the T locus (Target transgene) and both mutations. M3 generation was donated.
