zc3hc1-3 mutant isolated from a population of EMS-mutagenized coilin mutant (hgf1-8) seedlings homozygous for the Target transgene (CS69639). The zc3hc1-3 mutation (G to A transition, Chr 1:18108158) introduces a premature stop codon: W167*. Homozygous for the T locus (Target transgene) and both mutations. M3 generation was donated.
