Transgenic line overexpessing PCC1 under the control of the CaMV 35S promoter. The coding sequence of PCC1 was cloned into the binary expression vector pCHF1, a modified version of pPZP221 containing the 35S CaMV promoter. Col-0 plants were transformed. Gentamycin resistant.
