Description:
Transgenic line expressing the pCYCD6;1::GUS-GFP promoter-reporter construct. Genomic DNA from the Arabidopsis ecotype Columbia was used as the template for amplification of the upstream regulatory promoter sequence for pCYCD6;1 (2,738 base pairs) and the product was cloned into pENTR/D-TOPO. The promoter-reporter construct was then cloned into the pKGWFS7-Dx destination vector. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
