Description:
Transgenic line. The promoter region of ZAT12 (At5g59820; 2 kb) was amplified by PCR from genomic DNA of Col-0 and cloned into the KpnI site of pGreenII229NLS3xmVenus containing the coding sequence for the YFP reporter with a nuclear localization signal. Col-0 plants were transformed and selected with BASTA. Homozygous for the transgene. This line is part of the set CS2110220.
