Description:

tmo6-2 line generated by genome editing. The mutation results in the deletion of the DNA binding domain. Primers incorporating the target sequences were used in a PCR with plasmid pCBC-DT1T2 as a template to generate a guide RNA, which was in turn incorporated into pHEE2E-TRI using a Golden Gate reaction. The resulting TMO6 CRISPR/Cas9 clone was transferred to Arabidopsis by the floral dip method.
