Description:
ino-4 i20 double mutant generated by fast neutron mutagenesis of ino-4 seeds (CS6148). i20 is a translocation of a large region of chromosome 1 (a region that includes the ino-4 locus) to the top arm of chromosome 3 (at position 3,270,821 in the TAIR-10 sequence). The presence of the extra copy of ino-4 partially suppresses the ino-4 mutant effects. Homozygous line.
