Description:
Double mutant was obtained by crossing phyB-10 (CS6218) with phyC-1. phyC-1 was isolated from Basta population of the Arabidopsis Knockout Facility. F2 seedlings were screened for long hypocotyls under constant red light to select for phyB homozygosity and PCR genotyped to select for phyC homozygosity.
