Description:
Transgenic line; A construct containing the CaMV 35S promoter, TMV omega leader sequence, His6-FLAG tag, coding region of RPL18B and 3' UTR of the OSC gene was cloned into the binary vector pZPZ111 that carries Kanamycin resistance. The binary vector was electroporated into A.tumefaciens strain LBA4404, which was used for plant transformation. This line is homozygous for the insertion. Users are strongly encouraged to confirm the genotype by use of genomic PCR. A primer list and protocols for the use of these lines will be posted on the donor's website (see URL link).
