Description:
Transgenic line; 3.2 kb upstream of the ATG of GI was fused to the GI genomic sequence, which has a C-terminal fusion to a triple HA tag inserted at Xho1 and Xba1 sites, followed by the OCS 3' terminator using pPZP121-GI (Huq et al PNAS 2000 97:9789-9794). Transformed plants were selected on Gentamicin.
