Description:
Transgenic line; Full-length genomic sequence with 631bp of promoter sequence was cloned into the pENTR/D-TOPO vector and then recombined into pEarleyGate302 vector containing a C-terminal FLAG tag and BASTA resistance gene. Homozygous dcl3-1 plants were transformed with Agrobacterium GV3101 strain containing the DCL3-FLAG construct. T2 plants are homozygous for dcl3-1 mutation and segregating for the transgene.
