Description:
The target gene (At1g77680) was amplified from Ler genomic DNA and inserted into pCAMBIA1300. The resulting construct was transformed into Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain LBA4404 and heterozygous vcs-7 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Transgenic seeds were selected on hygromycin (15æg/ml) plates.
