Transgenic line At5g55490:eGFPb; Arabidopsis plants were dipped in agrobacterium carrying a plasmid with the putative promoter of At5g55490 upstream of an eGFP reporter gene. The construct also contains the putative 3' UTR of At5g55490. The GEX1 promoter drives eGFP expression in mature sperm cells, ovules and roots. resistant to ammonium glufosinate (BASTA) (7.5ug/ml)
