Description:
Transgenic line; With respect to the start codon, an internal deletion of the core RB-box and core K-box in the STM promoter was generated at position -2004 to -1987 and -268 to -239 bp using overlapping PCR, with ProSTM- K:GUS as template. The Col-0 plant was transformed using the floral dip method. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
