Description:
Isolated from a population of EMS-mutagenized seedlings in a screen for changes in pCASP2::GFP (pCASP2::nls:GFP:GUS) expression intensity. Homozygous for the mutation (myb36-1 ). Contains a point mutation at W58 in the coding region of MYB36. Homozygous for the transgene. Kanamycin resistant.
