Description:
Transgenic line; The minimal 35S promoter with a TATA box, a TMV leader sequence (omega) and the GFP sequence was amplified by PCR using the DR5-GFP plasmid as a template. TCS (synthetic cytokinin promoter) was cloned in front of the minimal 35S promoter. The construct is in the pCB302 binary vector and was transformed into mom1-4. The mom1-4 background reduces silencing of TCS::GFP, without causing visible phenotypes. Basta resistant. Homozygous for the transgene. Homozygous for the mutation (mom1-4).
