Attenuation of phytochrome A and B signaling pathways by the Arabidopsis circadian clock. PhyB:Luc parent produced by introducing a construct containing 2,292 bp of the Arabidopsis PHYB promoter driving the luciferase reporter by "Floral dip method" described by Bognar et al PNAS 1999, 96:14652-7.
