Description:
Transgenic line; pGreen0229 containing the TIR1 genomic regions from 3934 bp upstream of the ATG until immediately before the stop codon and 2000 bp starting immediately after the stop codon were inserted on either side of the Venus coding region. Transformed into the tir1-1 (CS3798) background. Basta resistant. (Constructed in the Kepinski lab.) Homozygous for the transgene.
