Transgenic line; TIR1 upstream region (-1978 to -13 bp) was fused to the tir1 cDNA harboring the E12K mutation and recombined into pMDC163 to create a translational GUS fusion. It was transformed into the tir1-1 (CS3798) background. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
