Description:
Transgenic line; The pART27 containing the Rubisco small subunit promoter RBCS1A (At1g67090) from Arabidopsis thaliana was used as an empty vector control for the pART27 construct containing the complete cDNA sequence of the isoprene synthase (ISPS) gene (AB266390.1) from Eucalyptus globulus. Agrobacterium strain GV3101, transformed with the construct in pART27, was used to transform Arabidopsis Col-0 plants by the floral dip method. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
