Description:
Arabidopsis GL2 promoter driving the nuclear tagging fusion protein (NTF). GL2 promoter: from -3704 to -1 relative to ATG start codon. NTF consists of amino acids 1-111 of Arabidopsis RANGAP1 (At3g63130), followed by GFP and the biotin ligase recognition peptide (BLRP). This cassette also contains the NOS terminator and is in pBluescript SK. Entire cassette can be removed by SmaI and SalI. Expression of NTF and biotin ligase in the same cell yields biotinlyated nuclei that can be purified using streptavidin beads.
Growth Requirement: grow in LB media at 37 C overnight
