Wave DNA line, a subcellular marker line with spectrally distinct, fluorescent fusion construct providing localization to late endosome/vacuole. The construct is under the control of thepUBQ10 promoter. Based on the pNIGEL recombination vector pNIGEL 07 a fusion construct was generated using an ORF clone from the SSP consortium. The marker constructs are available in four colors Blue (mCerulean), Bluegreen (mTFP1), Yellow (YFP) and Red (mCherry). this construct utilizes the yellow fluorescent marker (YFP)
Growth Requirement: grow in LB media at 37 C overnight
