Wave DNA line, a subcellular marker line with spectrally distinct, fluorescent fusion construct providing localization to trans-Golgi network/early endosome. pUNI clone truncated, fusion product contains only aa 126-222. Localization consistent with that reported for full-length protein. The construct is under the control of thepUBQ10 promoter. Based on the pNIGEL recombination vector pNIGEL 17 a fusion construct was generated using an ORF clone from the SSP consortium. The marker constructs are available in four colors Blue (mCerulean), Bluegreen (mTFP1), Yellow (YFP) and Red (mCherry). This construct utilizes the red fluorescent marker (mCherry).

Growth Requirement: grow in LB media at 37 C overnight
