Wave DNA line, a subcellular marker line with spectrally distinct, fluorescent fusion construct providing localization to endosome/recycling endosome. The construct is under the control of the pUBQ10 promoter. Based on the pNIGEL recombination vector pNIGEL 18 a fusion construct was generated using an ORF clone from the SSP consortium The marker constructs are available in four colors Blue (mCerulean), Bluegreen (mTFP1), Yellow (YFP) and Red (mCherry). This construct utilizes the blue fluorescent marker (mCerulean)
Growth Requirement: grow in LB media at 37 C overnight
