Description:
cDNA clone in pCR8/GW/Topo vector from the Arabidopsis Membrane Interactome project. PCR amplified from reverse transcribed mRNA extracted from seedlings and flowers. Clones were sequenced from both ends to ensure the identity of the gene and the accuracy of the cloning. No internal sequence has been obtained. One non-silent mutation is allowed per clone. ORFs do not contain a stop codon.
Growth Requirement: grow in LB media at 37 C overnight
