Description:

ORF clone in pUniT3-D/V5-His-TOPO. This clone can be used for expressing the ORF in any desirable expression system (e.g. plant, yeast, baculovirus, and as a fusion protein in E.coli). However, it cannot be expressed as a Native protein in E.coli, due to the wrong spacing between the RBS and ATG. The clone will be replaced with a correct one in the near future.

Growth Requirement: grow in LB media at 37C overnight
