GFP-PIPL cassette for generation of C-terminal fusions. Constructed by simultaneous insertion of the PCR-amplified EcoRI-SalI fragment of the GFP coding region without the stop codon and an amplified SalI-SacI fragment of the PIPL (His18-StrepII-HA) coding region with start and stop codons into the EcoRI-SacI sites of pBSKII.
Growth Requirement: grow in LB media at 37C overnight
