RPSL-FRT-Amp-FRT recombineering tag-generator cassette consisting of the negative selectable marker gene RPSL and a positive selectable marker AmpR conferring ampicillin resistance. Commercial DNA synthesis services (IDT) was used to obtain the Universal tag-generator cassette, which was then amplified and inserted in the tomato BAC clone HBa0079M15 by recombineering.
Growth Requirement: grow in LB media at 37C for 24 hours
