Description:

Plasmid for transient DamID (DNA adenine methyltransferase identification) in Arabidopsis protoplasts. Expresses a Dam-GR-NLP7 fusion for DamID. The NLP7 DNA sequence has been optimized to remove GATC sequences while maintaining the NLP7 amino acid sequence. Plasmid forms plasmid dimers in vivo. Must be maintained in PIR1 cells.

Growth Requirement: grow in LB media at 37C overnight
