Description:

Wave DNA line, a subcellular marker line with spectrally distinct, fluorescent fusion construct that should provide localization to Golgi, as described in S. cerevisiae, no experimental data found in plants. The construct is under the control of thepUBQ10 promoter. Based on the pNIGEL recombination vector pNIGEL 17 a fusion construct was generated using an ORF clone from the SSP consortium. The marker constructs are available in four colors Blue (mCerulean), Bluegreen (mTFP1), Yellow (YFP) and Red (mCherry). This construct utilizes the red fluorescent marker (mCherry).

Growth Requirement: grow in LB media at 37 C overnight
