Description:
Transgenic GUS-fusion expression line # 14-2-11, harboring the GA3ox3-TL-GUS construct. The promoter- ß -glucuronidase (GUS) translational fusion (/TL-GUS/) was generated using the entire intergenic sequence upstream of GA3ox3 including an intron-containing 5'-segment of the coding region fused to GUS; final construct in Agrobacterium was transformed into Columbia ecotype plants by using the floral dip method; transformed plants were selected with kanamycin.
