RNAi silenced line isolated by the AGRIKOLA project (Arabidopsis Genomic RNAi Knock-out Line Analysis); generated using recombinational cloning; gene-specific sequence tags (GSTs) were cloned into binary hairpin RNA vectors; a portion of the resulting plasmid was transformed into Columbia (Col); for more information see the AGRIKOLA consortium web site. Seeds for this transformed line were not tested for heritability and reproducibility of the observed phenotype. Heterozygous for the transgene. Basta resistant.
