Description:
Parent line used by the GABI-DUPLO project that was initiated to generate a collection of A. thaliana double mutants. SALK and GABI-Kat insertion lines which share the Columbia-0 background have been the starting material for the double mutants. A detailed description can be found on the Gabi-Duplo website, and the duplodb contains datasets for each gene pair that was considered for a double mutant.
