The PIPline Marker Set is a multi-color and multi-affinity marker set of 22 lines that can be used to study phosphatidylinositol phosphate (PIP) subcellular localization patterns in Arabidopsis thaliana. All PIP biosensor constructs were cloned into multisite Gateway destination vectors, and expressed under control of the UBQ10 promoter. All lines are homozygous for the transgene.
