Description:
Transgenic CK-related marker line. The pCKX4-2x(omega)YPET-N7 construct was created through Gateway (Invitrogen) cloning and transformed into Col-0 with the floral dip method. Transgenic seedlings were selected by growing on half-strength MS plates supplemented with hygromycin. Segregation status unknown.
