Description:
Transgenic line. V101_15B homozygous transgenic plants (CS2109498) were transformed with the PAP1 plasmid construct by Agrobacterium using the floral dip method. T1 seeds were harvested and selected by Basta spraying. T2 seed was selected on MSO plates for 3:1 segregation. Resistant plants were transferred to a greenhouse for further growth. T3 seed was harvested and screened on MSO plates. Homozygous plants were transferred to a greenhouse and grown to produce a large volume of seed.

Upon estradiol induction, expresses nuclear localised H2B-Venus fluorescence and PAP1 in root atrichoblasts. PAP1 expression causes visible and fluorescent signal in atrichoblasts caused by production of anthocyanins.
