Non-complemented rop6-2 mutant. rop6-2 plants (identified from SALK_091737C) were transformed with a construct that spans the entire ROP6 genomic fragment containing 5 and 3 intergenic regions, with mCITRINE fused just before the ROP6 START codon. The ROP6 C-terminal tail is mutated into 7 Gln. BASTA and kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene. Internal line code 1154-4.
