Description:
snrk2.2 snrk2.3 double mutant carrying an SMB:SnRK2.2 transgene; A construct containing the SMB promoter and the SnRK2.2 coding sequence (including introns) was cloned into the binary vector pG0229-T. This construct was used in A. tumefaciens-mediated transformation of the snrk2.2 snrk2.3 double mutant. Primary transformands were selected using Basta (phospinotricin). "Donor number" identifies independent transgenic line for each construct.
