Description:

Transgenic line for VIH1 GUS assay. Fragment encompassing 1.85 kb of the promoter region of VIH1 was amplified from Arabidopsis genomic DNA and cloned to generate pB7m34GW binary vectors expressing pVIH1::GUS. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Basta resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
