Description:
vih2-4 mutant expressing an estradiol-inducible artificial microRNA (amiRNA) targeting the VIH1 transcript. Fragments containing AtVIH1(amiRNA) were amplified and introduced into the pMDC7 binary vector. Plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
