Description:
Transgenic reporter line. Genomic DNA was isolated from A. thaliana floral buds and used to amplify the sequence immediately upstream of the translational start site from LRP1 (3 kb). Purified fragment was transferred by Gateway recombination into pGWB3 and the plasmid was transferred to Rhizobium radiobacter strain C58C1 by the freeze-thaw method and transformed to Arabidopsis. Homozygous line was selected using the kanamycin resistance marker and genotyping was performed by PCR.
