Description:
Transgenic GUS reporter gene construct line. A 1.8 kb fragment from the SRS5 promoter (206-2049 bp upstream of ATG) was PCR-amplified and ligated into the pBI101.1 binary vector (Clontech) upstream of the uidA open reading frame. The construct was introduced into Arabidopsis by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation. Kanamycin resistant. Transgene genotype unknown.
