Transgenic line generated from a cross between the iDePP transgenic line (CS2110785) and the high affinity PI(4,5)P2 sensor line mCITRINE-2xPH(PLC) (CS2105613). Allows evaluation of the dynamics and cell type specificity of PI(4,5)P2 removal when using iDePP. Col-0 background. Hygromycin and BASTA resistant. Homozygous for the transgenes. This line is part of the iDePP set of lines (CS2110797).
