Description:
Transgenic line generated from a cross between the iDePP dex control line (MAP-3xmCH) (CS2110787) and the PI(4,5)P2 biosensor mCit-TUBBYc (CS2105610). Reveals that removal of PI(4,5)P2 from the plasma membrane by iDePP is not a side effect from dexamethasone treatment. Col-0 background. Hygromycin and BASTA resistant. Homozygous for the transgenes. This line is part of the iDePP set of lines (CS2110797).
