This iDePP set consists of the inducible dOCRL line (CS2110785) as well as inactive controls and crosses with PI(4,5)P2 and PI4P sensors for visualization of lipid dephosphorylation. iDePP is a system for the dex (dexamethasone)-inducible depletion of PI(4,5)P2 in Arabidopsis, which impacts the steady-state level of PI(4,5)P2 starting a few hours after induction.
